The counts were contained in an indictment handed up in Cortland County Court against Daniel De Perno, 39, of 3720 Hedgemoor Drive, Cortland, troopers said. They include two counts of second-degree criminal sex act, one count of second-degree rape, and 15 counts of third-degree rape, all felonies, and 12 counts of second-degree sexual abuse and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.I wonder where they got most of these actors who seem to want to drop their clothes at a moments notice (also amusing) and I wonder if any of them have been in porn films. I don't think that the writer had a good grasp where to go with the story. LOLOLOL I watch a lot of movies so I am not very impressed by most of what I see. Edie Falco, Sam Trammell, and Colleen Werthmann star in this engaging, intelligent, and semi-realistic independent seriocomedy.Gone are the days when films were about human beings. There is a lesbian sex scene so I'm guessing that they were turned off by that.

De Perno joined the Cortland State faculty in 2001 and is an instructor in sport management and director of the Sport Media and Technology Learning Center, said Jennifer Wilson, speaking for the college.
She referred questions about De Perno’s current status to Cortland State President Erik Bitterbaum, who could not be reached.
A final count of endangering the welfare of a child accuses De Perno of acting in a manner that could harm the victim’s physical, mental or moral welfare from August 2005 through November 2008.
An official at the O’Connor and Kruman law firm in Cortland, which is representing De Perno, said the defense would comment Monday on the case.
